Yuriko Kuga
Assistant-Trainer

Born in Tokyo, Yuriko Kuga moved to Paris in the 1990s. Certified in 2009 from the Feldenkrais training organized and directed by Myriam and Sabine Pfeffer, she was accredited as an assistant in 2022. Since then, she has been assisting the professional training in Japan under the direction of Eilat Almagor.

Yuriko has worked for a long time in various multinational fashion and industrial companies. She has always enjoyed sports activities, but has suffered from back pain since childhood. In addition, the sedentary nature of modern lifestyles only aggravated the bad postures.

Practicing the Feldenkrais Method not only helped her improve her posture, but also relieved her back problem. The method was so beneficial that she decided to become a practitioner.

Passionate about the extraordinary potential of the human body, she explores with her students a true intelligence of the body by developing a better awareness of oneself, a more precise and clear self-image in harmony with oneself.

Fully committed to the learning process proposed by Moshe Feldenkrais, she continues to train with internationally recognized professionals (Eilat Almagor, Anat Krivine - Israel) in different countries (France, Italy, Israel, Japan...).
